Staffmark is hiring an onsite Human Resources Generalist in Fullerton, CA. The role offers a salary of $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year, with a Monday–Friday schedule and standard benefits.

This position supports onboarding, HR records, compliance docs, and HRIS data management within a professional environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience and strong knowledge of HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with onboarding, separations, promotions, stipends and lifecycle processes.
• HRIS data entry, reporting, and record-management skills.
• Knowledge of HR compliance documentation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process new hires, onboarding, separations, promotions, stipends, and status changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Prepare and maintain required HR and compliance documentation.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, data reconciliation, and cleanup.
• Respond to routine employee HR inquiries.
• Scan and organize confidential personnel files; support HR events.
