You will direct annual evaluations, coordinate payroll updates, conduct compensation analyses, and lead training initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR operations experience with responsibility for HRIS, benefits, compensation, and compliance.
• Experience with HR technology platforms and employee data management.
• Experience producing workforce analytics, dashboards, audits, and compliance reports.
• Working knowledge of federal and California employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS, benefits, performance management, and learning platforms with data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reports covering recruiting, turnover, compensation, and trends.
• Complete EEO-1 and California pay data reporting requirements.
• Administer annual performance evaluations and probationary cycles.
• Coordinate HR and payroll updates for hires, changes, and separations.
• Conduct compensation equity analyses and salary studies.
• Track recruitment metrics and translate data into leadership insights.
• Oversee training, I-9, visa processes, and personnel records.
