Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in the United States is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide HR processes, compliance, and strategic workforce planning across multiple locations. You will partner with local leadership and HR teams to implement staffing strategies and support initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across HR functions, legal compliance, and labor relations, with a focus on delivering effective HR solutions and driving workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local leadership on HR decisions and ensure the delivery of HR processes, procedures and policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all HR functions i.e., Compensation, Compliance, Capabilities, Leaves, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, etc., and Labor team as applicable
• Ensure assigned location(s) or functional area complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment
• Evaluate current and potential HR issues or needs and deliver strategic responses
• Partner with local business partners on development of workforce plans and/or staffing needs and support
• Partner with the TA team on staffing strategies, staffing calls and hiring events if appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary:$104,544 - $130,680 plus annual target bonus
