Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Illinois plant. You will manage cross‑functional projects and provide hands‑on technical support to resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring uptime and alignment with company goals.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, root‑cause analysis, GMP compliance, and safety standards, with CMMS oversight for planning and work orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4+ years of related experience OR HS Diploma/GED or Tech School Certification with 5 to 7+ years of specific experience.
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and provide hands-on technical support to resolve manufacturing plant issues.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Manage CMMS for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders.

• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Salary:$77,760 - $97,200 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands‑on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
• Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
