Cornerstone Staffing, Inc – Loxo is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily human resources operations for a growing organization. This hands-on leadership role manages benefits, payroll, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems while supporting managers and employees.

The position is 100% onsite in the Omaha Metro area with a competitive salary and up to 15% annual bonus based on performance and company results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of broad HR experience including benefits and payroll.
• Prior HR management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll and timekeeping systems; Paycom a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and decision-making skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Manage recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and advise managers on HR practices.
• Coordinate HR department priorities and help develop an HR Generalist.
• Prepare reports on staffing, payroll, benefits and compliance.
