Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a multi-site HR function at a 500+ employee manufacturing facility. You will partner with the General Manager and site leadership on strategic workforce initiatives, shaping culture and employee experience while mentoring the HR team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 5+ years of HR leadership in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Experience supporting large organizations and 500+ employees.
• Bachelor's degree; SHRM certification is a plus.
• Experience with Workday, Dayforce, or SAP beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-level HR team supporting a large manufacturing facility.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive employee engagement and organizational performance.
• Oversee recruiting, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Drive training, leadership development, policy implementation, and change management.
• Lead investigations, conflict resolution, and HR process improvement projects.
• Support HR systems and future technology implementations.

• Partner directly with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and site leadership team on strategic workforce initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, benefits, payroll, compensation, employee relations, and performance management functions
• Drive training, leadership development, policy implementation, and change management initiatives
• Lead investigations, conflict resolution efforts, and HR process improvement projects
• Support ongoing HR systems and operational initiatives, including future technology implementations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment; automotive experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting large, complex organizations and employee populations of 500+ employees
• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification is a plus. Experience with Workday, Dayforce, or SAP environments is beneficial
