Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of technical HR experience for Level I.
• Bachelor's degree plus one year of professional HR experience for Level II, or master's in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of professional HR experience for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Performs HR management, payroll administration, and policy interpretation.
• Conducts job analyses, creates job descriptions and classifications.
• Conducts wage and salary surveys and recommends salary changes.
• Administers payroll, benefits, retirement and leave programs.
• Administers recruitment, interviews applicants and counsels candidates.
• Manages grievance program and investigations.
• Maintains employee records and ensures compliance with laws.
