Job summary

Orica seeks an experienced Human Resources M&A Integration Lead to drive People integration across acquisitions. You will guide workforce due diligence, plan and govern integration activities, and partner with senior leaders to ensure successful transitions in a hybrid Centennial, CO environment.

You will own workforce data analysis, create decision papers, and lead organizational design and job mapping initiatives while aligning with Orica culture and people principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development or related field.
• Experience leading HR/People workstreams for mergers, acquisitions or large-scale integrations.
• Experience working from the acquirer's perspective during integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People workstream across mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through post-close integration.
• Develop end-to-end integration plans, governance, milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as primary HR lead across integration teams and with business stakeholders.
• Identify risks, evaluate workforce models, and provide data-driven recommendations.
