Job summary

Quarterhill Inc. seeks a Director of HR Integration to steer people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations.

You will partner with Corporate Development, HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and leaders to ensure smooth employee transitions and cohesive integration strategies across HR functions. The role requires extensive experience in HR integrations within complex M&A environments, with hands-on execution and advisory capabilities at senior levels to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in HR with significant HR integration/M&A experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR due diligence, integration planning and execution for M&A.
• Develop integration workstreams including org design, talent, payroll, HRIS.
• Partner with executives to align with business goals and culture.
• Identify risks, milestones, metrics, and governance for integrations.
• Drive change management and communications throughout transactions.
