Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Ability to join an ongoing complex project and drive progress across priorities.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables (preferred).
• Excellent organization and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution with plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Lead governance routines, prepare agendas, notes, and presentations.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards workstreams.
• Support HRIS cutover planning, requirements gathering, and testing.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable work plans and updates.
