Job summary

UL Solutions seeks an experienced HR Business Advisor to lead people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and integration initiatives.

The role partners with Corporate Development, Legal, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, IT, and HR stakeholders to assess workforce risks and opportunities, develop Day 1 readiness and HR integration plans, and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR due diligence in M&A or integration projects.
• Ability to coordinate with Legal, IT, Finance and Payroll across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR due diligence for transactions including workforce data review and risk assessment.
• Develop Day 1 readiness plans and HR integration roadmaps.
• Harmonize policies, job architecture, and compensation considerations during transitions.
• Coordinate with Legal and HR Advisory to ensure compliant integration.
