CommuniCare Health Services, Rainelle Healthcare Center, is seeking an Employee Life Cycle (HR) Manager in Rainelle, WV. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, staff engagement, training, and retention initiatives for the facility.

The role requires excellent communication, HRIS experience (Workday/SmartLinx/Kronos), and a focus on employee advocacy and policy guidance. Competitive benefits and retirement options accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and retention.
• Experience with HRIS: Workday, SmartLinx, Kronos.
• Experience with onboarding and new-hire processes.
• Experience in unionized environments.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization.

Responsabilités

• Recruit talent to meet staffing needs and align with staffing plans.
• Vet candidates with centralized recruiting and coordinate interviews.
• Ensure pre-hire requirements and onboarding via Workday are completed.
• Conduct new employee orientation following established process.
• Manage employee engagement events and budgets.
• Act as employee advocate for policies and benefits questions.
• Manage training using Relias and related reporting.
• Oversee weekly payroll process and reconciliations (vary by location).
• Coordinate annual open benefits enrollment for facility staff.
• Complete timely employee off-boarding.
• Coordinate annual employee survey process.
