Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, and employee orientation highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talent to meet staffing needs established with leadership.
• Coordinate interviews with depts and offer positions to qualified candidates.
• Lead onboarding through Workday and manage employee orientation.
• Oversee employee engagement events and training initiatives.
• Assist with payroll processes and open enrollment cycles where needed.
• Act as employee advocate regarding policies, benefits, and questions.
