RSM US LLP is seeking a Leave of Absence Senior Specialist to manage LOA administration and ensure accurate processing across systems, while partnering with HR, managers, and a third-party administrator.

The role emphasizes transforming the employee experience during leaves, handling complex issues, and maintaining HIPAA compliance and timely communications within a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience administering LOA programs.
• Minimum of 3 years experience using an HRIS.
• Working knowledge and understanding of HIPAA, FMLA and other applicable legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Help manage all aspects of LOA administration.
• Respond to LOA inquiries from employees, managers and HR.
• Schedule meetings with employees, HR and Managers.
• Partner with third party administrator to track approvals and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with return-to-work processes for employees returning from leave.
• Act as SME with specialized LOA knowledge and escalate as needed.
• Ensure LOA actions are accurately processed in all systems and with third-party administrator.
