Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to manage complex employee leave cases across multiple states with a strong emphasis on FMLA compliance and case management. You will coordinate with HR, Benefits, Payroll and state agencies to ensure accurate, timely processing and return‑to‑work steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of Leave of Absence administration or related fields preferred.
• Experience with PRISM and LOA management tools is advantageous.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end LOA case management across multiple states with compliance.
• Administer FMLA and state leave programs, including eligibility and certifications.
• Review certifications for completeness and follow timelines.
• Maintain confidential leave records and document case notes accurately.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll and Workers’ Comp teams on leave status and returns.
• Provide empathetic guidance to employees and managers about leave policies.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Monitor leave usage and ensure entitlement adherence.
