Job summary

IMC Logistics in Collierville, TN seeks an HR Coordinator to administer and coordinate employee leaves of absence in line with company policies and laws. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers during the leave process.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Experience administering leave for a large or multi-state workforce.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or similar HR certification a plus.
• Familiarity with California leave is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, personal leave, and other applicable leave programs.
• Administer the ADA interactive process and coordinate reasonable accommodation requests.
• Review and process leave requests and documentation for completeness and eligibility.
• Monitor absences, leave balances, and return-to-work dates; assist payroll and benefits during leave.
• Communicate leave requirements and responsibilities to employees and managers.
• Partner with employees, managers, Payroll, Benefits, HR, and third parties to ensure timely leave administration.
• Maintain confidential leave records and prepare reports on leave activity and compliance.
• Monitor compliance with leave laws and company policies; recommend updates as needed.
• Perform other HR duties and backup for other HR functions.
