Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and acknowledges LOA/TDL/FMLA requests.
• Ensures proper documentation for eligibility.
• Approves or denies requests per policy and law.
• Performs data entry in Workday and maintains records.
• Sets up, monitors, and tracks leave statuses.
• Generates reports using attendance and leave data.
• Manages donor leave processes and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates policy decisions to managers and employees.
