Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, personal leave, and other applicable leave programs, from initial request through approval, extensions, and return to work.
• Review and process leave requests and supporting documentation for completeness, eligibility, certifications, recertifications, and fitness-for-duty requirements, as applicable.
• Monitor employee absences, leave balances, intermittent leave usage, and return-to-work dates while ensuring accurate payroll and benefits administration during periods of leave.
• Communicate leave requirements, eligibility, deadlines, employee responsibilities, and available benefits to employees and managers while responding to questions and providing guidance throughout the leave process.
