Job summary

Gartner seeks an Associate HR System Product Lead – Learning Technology to manage our learning platforms and deliver enhancements for learners and admins. You will administer platforms like Cornerstone, Degreed, and Workday, gather business needs, and translate them into practical system solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR technology or learning technology.
• Experience supporting SaaS learning/HR platforms such as Cornerstone, Degreed, or Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Curiosity for how technology enhances learning and growth.
• Ability to learn quickly across systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure learning platforms, curricula, events, and notifications.
• Gather requirements and analyze workflows for system enhancements.
• Triaging help desk escalations and coordinate with vendors/IT.
• Perform data integrity audits and gatekeeping of standards.
• Write test plans and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Build and analyze reports on usage, adoption, and program health.
• Document processes and create knowledge collateral.
• Educate stakeholders to drive adoption and utilization.
