You will translate business needs into platform solutions, collaborate with IT and vendors, and drive adoption across teams to improve learner outcomes and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will manage platform issues, stay current with updates, and contribute to a cohesive, integrated learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise learning platforms in multisystem ecosystems
• Experience configuring, administering, or supporting HR tech such as LMS or LXP
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements with IT and vendors
• Experience with project, product, and change management supporting technology initiatives
• Experience with AI to enhance workflows or user experience
• Ability to diagnose platform issues
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and assess platform performance
• Ability to lead cross-team initiatives without formal authority

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional point of contact for learning platforms and promote consistent usage across teams
• Translate platform capabilities and constraints into actionable solutions for business needs
• Lead troubleshooting and partner with IT/vendors to resolve issues efficiently
• Stay informed about platform updates and communicate changes to stakeholders
• Improve usability by improving organization, accessibility, and workflow clarity
• Drive adoption by addressing friction points and embedding learning into workflows
• Use usage and performance data to validate issues and prioritize improvements
• Partner with Learning Analytics to ensure meaningful measurement
