Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Manager, HR Technology - Learning, Talent & Comp to lead and evolve Oracle Learn, Talent Development and Workforce Compensation, delivering an exceptional user experience and aligning with Ford's strategic goals.

You will own the product roadmap, lead a team of analysts, partner with Oracle product teams, ensure system integrity, and drive change management across global HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, MIS, CS or related field and/or commensurate work experience.
• 8+ years in HR Technology.
• 7+ years as a Product Owner managing full development lifecycle.
• 5+ years management experience with leading teams.
• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle Learn; 3+ years with Talent/Performance Management.
• 2+ years experience in Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own product vision and roadmap for Oracle Learn, Talent Development and Workforce Compensation.
• Lead and support a team of analysts ensuring unified strategy and delivery of system enhancements.
• Partner with Oracle product teams to influence the strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Digital HR to define requirements, security roles, reporting and training.
• Ensure HCM data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
