Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR technology or learning technology.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting SaaS learning platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Degreed, or Workday.
• Working knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and content management.
• Experience building and interpreting reports with solid Excel proficiency.
• Strong requirements gathering and ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new applications and tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure learning platforms: objects, curricula, assignments, events, notifications, and security roles.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders; analyze workflows; recommend enhancements.
• Serve as primary contact for learning technology inquiries and coordinate with vendors/IT for timely resolution.
• Perform quality control: data audits, mass data loads, and gatekeeping standards.
• Write test plans and coordinate UAT with vendors and stakeholders.
• Build and analyze reports on usage, adoption, compliance, and program health.
• Document processes and user guides; develop training and onboarding collateral.
