Job summary

Aramark, partnering with James Madison University, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the dining services workforce. You will partner with operational leadership to oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, compliance, and engagement initiatives to create a positive employee experience.

In this hands-on HR leadership role, you will work with Aramark corporate teams to align HR strategy with business goals, drive initiatives, analyze HR metrics,

Qualifications

• HR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Bi‑lingual Spanish/English preferred.
• 5–7 years of HR experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR or equivalent.
• Experience in employment relations including investigations and resolution development.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations and investigations, with resolution and action planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR metrics reporting and analysis to leadership.
• Support benefits and payroll processes as needed.
• Lead onboarding programs and HR initiatives across campus operations.
