Job summary

James Madison Universitya s a dining services workforce, Aramark seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, partnering with operational leadership to drive employee relations, onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives.

This hands-on role coordinates with Aramark corporate teams, supports payroll and benefits, and ensures compliance while fostering a positive employee experience across the campus dining program.

Qualifications

• HR planning and organizational development experience desired.
• Employment relations experience including investigations and resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Strong communication and consulting with management at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Issue resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation for COEs.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and engagement planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding programs.
• HR metrics reporting and analysis.
• Benefits and payroll support as needed.
• Onboarding programs and initiatives.
