Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) seeks a QA/Operations leader to manage the quality and safety program for multiple Midwest plants. You will supervise staff, drive HACCP, SQF/NSF audits, and corrective actions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You’ll oversee budgeted costs, supplier documentation, and internal quality programs, fostering continuous improvement and on-time issue resolution across the operation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in dairy science or related field is preferred.
• Strong HACCP, FSMA and GMP knowledge is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with regulators and vendors.

• Direct supervision of staffing including hiring, training, evaluating performance.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, NSF, audits and corrective actions.
• Manage food safety program, HACCP plan and lab processes.
• Control costs to budget and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead safety committees and plant leadership initiatives.
