Job summary

Archetype in Bloomington, MN is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for four divisions across Minnesota and Iowa. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, partner with managers, and ensure compliant, effective HR practices that support growth and a positive workplace culture.

The role requires a hands-on, shop-floor aware leader who can handle sensitive issues, drive HR processes, and serve as a trusted resource to employees and leaders alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably across multiple HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day HR for all operating divisions.
• Advise managers on employee, organizational, and workplace matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with company goals.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and staffing needs.
• Maintain consistent HR practices across Minnesota and Iowa locations.
