Job summary

Campbell's Bloomfield plant is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, and compliance for about 350 hourly and salaried associates across four production lines. This role partners with plant leadership to build a high-performing culture, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety and wellness programs, while managing HR operations and strategic workforce planning.

Strong manufacturing HR experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
• 3+ years HR in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition support for plant management.
• Maintain positive employee relations environment and train front-line leaders.
• Conduct investigations and coach employees; apply policy fairly.
• Drive learning and development; create curricula focused on management and inclusion.
• Develop internal talent through succession planning and development plans.
• Manage compensation processes; advise on local hourly wage benchmarks.
• Develop job descriptions and align salary ranges with corporate guidance.
• Lead performance management for hourly and salaried staff.
• Drive safety performance and manage wellness and benefits administration.
• Partner with site leadership to align resources with business goals.
• Support lean transformation and 5S initiatives; sustain culture.
