Job summary

Guided Niche is partnering with a Minnesota manufacturing client to identify an experienced Human Resources Business Partner – Manufacturing for a hybrid role based in the Minneapolis area.

You will lead employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across manufacturing operations while partnering with leaders and front-line teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience managing employee relations with operational leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, investigations, performance management, and leave administration.
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and handle sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to executives, leaders, and employees.
• Understand manufacturing operations and workforce needs to translate challenges into HR solutions.
• Coach leaders on communication, accountability and performance.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance efforts.
• Balance policies with business needs and drive practical HR improvements.
• Support safety, operations, and HR leadership to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
