Job summary

Cornerstone Hospitality in Bloomington, MN seeks a Regional HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to multi-unit store leaders and the Regional Retail Leadership Team. You will guide employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The role partners with COEs and RPO to drive talent initiatives, engagement, and headcount management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 50+ multi-unit location management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bilingual Spanish (spoken)
• SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred).
• Union environment exposure or automotive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to deliver proactive HR support aligned with business goals and teammate experience.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Collaborate with COEs to implement enterprise‑wide talent, compensation, benefits, and DEI initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; drive engagement and retention through change management and leadership support.
• Oversee headcount management and coordinate with RPO to ensure effective regional staffing.
