Responsibilities include assisting with resume screening, interview scheduling, posting ads, and preparing HR reports while maintaining accurate records and responding to benefits-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college enrollment allowed.
• Experience in an office environment is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and resume databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening resumes, application forms, candidates, and/or prospects
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Assist and schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Perform various data entry and validation as needed
