Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a People Support Center Representative I in Lowell, AR. You will be the initial point of contact for employees and people leaders, handling routine HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and care.

Under supervision, you will document interactions, follow scripts and escalation protocols, and route issues outside scope to senior staff. This role emphasizes data integrity and confidentiality within HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months HR administration, call center, or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and make informed judgments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document activities in case management systems and route to the correct party.
• Meet service center metrics for hold time, calls, transfers, and resolution accuracy.
• Resolve routine HR inquiries during calls, emails, and chats within scope; escalate complex cases.
• Explain HR and Payroll policies to employees at all levels.
• Provide self-service guidance for personnel records and protect PII in HRIS.
• Support HR technology testing, implementations, and updates; perform admin duties as needed.
