Job summary

JD.com is seeking a current or recent HR student for its Young Internship Program at our Atalanta sites. You’ll support 2–3 warehouses under the HR Lead, assisting with onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding while learning timekeeping and attendance processes.

You will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations within a high-volume logistics environment, communicating policies, resolving employee questions, and helping managers apply company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduated or enrolled in an HR bachelor's or master's program.
• Chinese language skills preferred; English essential.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive learning approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn HRIS/ERP/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and offboarding for warehouse staff.
• Support performance reviews and respond to employee inquiries.
• Review timecards and attendance records for accuracy.
• Explain and reinforce HR policies and guidelines to staff.
• Collaborate with HR Lead and managers to resolve employee questions.
