Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to assist in talent acquisition, development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration under supervision. You will support HR policies, collect data, prepare reports, and help with onboarding and internal communications.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Completed at least sophomore year coursework (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support business units with employment documentation and general HR administrative functions.
• Act as a liaison between departments and divisions by facilitating communication and information sharing.
• Assist in administering HR policies and procedures under supervision.
• Collect and analyze HR data and assist in preparing reports and recommendations.
• Help prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
• Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving employee inquiries.
• Provide on-floor presence and support to ensure employees have access to HR assistance.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve the effectiveness of HR and operations.
• Assist with HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, and related activities.
• Assist with new hire orientation and employee onboarding.
