• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support employment documentation and HR administrative functions.
• Facilitate communication between departments and divisions.
• Assist in administering HR policies and procedures under supervision.
• Collect and analyze HR data and assist in preparing reports and recommendations.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
