Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking graduates to participate in the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), a two-year rotational experience across multiple HR functions, including partnerships with HR Operations, CoEs, and Business Partners. Rotations may occur at sites like Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Athens, GA; Collierville, TN; and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial & labor relations, psychology or business.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Graduation date between Sept 2026 and Jun 2027 and start in mid‑June 2027.
• Geographically mobile and able to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across HR functions.
• Engage in rotations across Climate Solutions Americas, Climate Solutions Transportation, and Global HQ.
• Work with HR leaders; mentorship provided throughout the program.
