Responsibilities

• Learn the operations aspects of the facility and how HR supports the business operations.
• Assist in coordinating new hire orientations, onboarding, and communications.
• Perform process analysis for current HR processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support recruiting: update job descriptions, post positions, vet applications and organize interviews.
• Update databases with new employee information and maintain files.
