Marcolin USA Eyewear is seeking a summer HR intern to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in Somerville, NJ. You will help source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records while supporting compliance efforts and HR projects.

This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and company culture. The position is designed for a 3‑month summer term with potential for full-time opportunity.

Competenze

• Pursuing degree in HR, business administration or psychology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or ATS platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Mansioni

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and other channels.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding with documentation and orientation coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
• Provide administrative support to HR, such as meetings and reports.
