Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Available to work in-office 3 days per week at our headquarters.
• Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process for retail store positions.
• Participate in intake meetings to understand hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates via various platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination.
