Marcolin is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide broad HR support in our Somerville, New Jersey location. You will assist with onboarding, training plans, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR administration for Marcolin USA employees.

The role partners with managers to implement talent strategies, maintain records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee relations. Strong English, MS Office skills, and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years HR general background.
• Proven onboarding and training success.
• Proven ability to create and execute recruiting strategy.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong candidate sourcing background.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and offers best practices.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Subject matter expertise in two or more HR areas.

Responsabilités

• Support and advise HR in development and execution of strategic people plans.
• Partner with managers to understand business needs and develop talent strategies.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors.
• Define needed positions and required skills with department leaders.
• Develop and implement high-quality recruiting short- and long-term plans.
• Integrate with the talent management process with HR.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and confidentiality.
• Educate managers on interviewing techniques and compliance best practices.
• Build relations with local schools and universities.
• Support employee relations needs and mediate grievances.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor laws.
