TxDOT is seeking an Human Resources Intern Year-Round in Paris, TX. You will work with an onsite HR team, gaining hands-on experience in human resources and supporting HR programs, orientation, and recruitment initiatives.

The role offers real-world exposure to employee records, data entry, and statewide HR projects, providing opportunities to build professional networks and develop HR skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in high school or other educational institution.
• Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education.
• Onsite work in Paris, TX.

Responsibilities

• Assist in employee record management and data entry.
• Support hiring and recruitment activities for HR.
• Participate in new employee orientation and HR programs.
• Collaborate with HR interns on special projects and statewide initiatives.
