Job summary

Textron is seeking a 2027 Intern - Human Resources in New Orleans, LA to join the HR team on real projects during a 10-week summer program.

You will support talent acquisition, development, and HR operations, gain hands-on experience, and report on your progress at internship's end. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate in a team while also working independently and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects
• Assigned projects will support one or more of our HR center of excellence (talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR operations) or with HR business partner work.
• Being involved in related business, meetings, and processes
• Reporting on your experience at the completion of the intern assignment.
