Responsibilities

• Assist with converting employee records from paper to electronic systems.
• Organize, scan, upload, and audit personnel files.
• Support onboarding activities and orientation materials.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and communications.
• Create and distribute employee communications and engagement materials.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.
• Assist HR team with administrative and project tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes.
