Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Must be very detailed, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Subscription to Wedgwood Christian Services' Statement of Faith and alignment with the agency's goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general administrative functions in support of the HR team.
• Learn and assist with full cycle recruiting including ATS operation.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events.
• Maintain internship recruitment process and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with Mindful Moment program content and employee wellness initiatives.
• Learn and assist in employee file management and compliance procedures.
• Attend HR team meetings and maintain regular attendance.
