You will help staff shifts, assist in safety meetings, and contribute to monthly newsletters and employee communications. Bilingual Spanish skills and strong organizational abilities are essential for this internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a major in human behavior, organization, HR, or business.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish to communicate with department employees.
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
• Detail oriented with good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Excel spreadsheets with employee data (tenure, promotions, demotions, hires, terminations).
• Assist temporary employees with onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation with HR Manager and QA.
• Ensure enrollment in HRIS and other systems for new hires and temporaries.
• Support staffing for production and quality control shifts as needed.
• Assist in safety meetings and health-related events for employees.
