Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Sophomore standing or higher required.
• GPA 3.0 or higher is expected.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present and facilitate information.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, writing) required.

Responsibilities

• Apply business concepts in real-world HR situations.
• Contribute to enhancement and improvement of HR processes.
