Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Food Science or Engineering required or currently enrolled.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP compliance with company policies and practices.
• Participate in daily Production and QA meetings.
• Conduct daily sanitation inspections and HACCP monitoring.
• Assist in training hourly personnel and data entry into systems.
• Inspect and grade packaging and ingredients for JMS specs.
• Maintain QC records and prepare reports for QA manager.
