Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business or Communications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and assist across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updates to HR policies and procedures.
• Support annual compensation processes and related HR initiatives.
• Assist with pre-employment activities and onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to training and development, including learning materials.
• Help with HR data entry and maintenance in ADP and PRISM.
• Organize, digitize, and audit employee files for accuracy and compliance.
• Support benefits communications and open enrollment planning.
• Write and revise job descriptions and advertisements.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including Handshake and career fairs.
