• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity with initiative, accountability, and bias for action
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in country of employment

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and roll-out of new employee programs and policies
• Develop standardized processes and refreshed training materials
• Contribute to review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions
• Support the implementation of employee experience initiatives
