You will collaborate with global teams, contribute to HR projects, and gain practical, hands-on experience in people operations. The program emphasizes developing standardized processes, policy rollout support, and training material updates while building leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Current enrollment pursuing MBA or master's in Human Resources, Business, or Management
• Related internship or work experience in HR, talent acquisition, people operations, or people-facing environments that enabled leadership and problem-solving
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity with initiative, accountability, and bias for action
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in country of employment

Responsabilidades

• Review HR policies, benefits and/or employee engagement plans to make changes and improvements
• Assist in creation and roll-out of new employee programs and policies
• Develop standardized processes and refreshed training materials
• Contribute to review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions
• Support the implementation of employee experience initiatives
