HD Supply is seeking an HR intern to support day-to-day operations, onboarding, and engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR Total Value to help foster a strong workplace culture.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, building foundational HR skills and professional communication while supporting scalable people programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in a related field with graduation window Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Hands-on admin support experience or internship in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Participate in associate engagement, learning, and HR initiatives.
• Assist with HR best practices research and industry trends.
• Help prepare HR program presentations and reports.
• Support projects related to performance management and talent development.
• Participate in HR team meetings and brainstorm sessions.
• Compile HR metrics and summarize insights for the team.
