Job summary

AirBoss Flexible Products is seeking an HR Intern to assist the Human Resources Department with daily tasks including attendance tracking, policy implementation, document intake, and special projects directed by the HR Director.

The role involves supporting weekly orientations, managing personnel records, assisting with performance management, screening candidates, and handling HR inquiries. It also covers badge program management and preparation of HR communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or related field.
• Experience with HR software preferred.
• Basic understanding of FMLA and ADA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in weekly new hire orientations and data entry.
• Organize and maintain personnel records.
• Support performance management activities with supervisors.
• Assist with candidate screening and background checks.
• Answer HR inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Manage the keyless entry badge program.
• Prepare HR documents and communications.
• Represent HR at events and meetings.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
